at the bottom of the form. Please remember that our application and fee
are per household. If you are under 21, please email

Club Guidelines
Our club guidelines are the bylaws for the Parrot
Head of the Triad; a place to check out for any questions you have on how our
club is governed. We have formulated these guidelines under the recommendation
of
Parrot Heads in Paradise.
